UK Delivery
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom, orders will be processed within one working day of receiving confirmation of your order.

We ship with DPD to ensure tracked, insured delivery. DPD offer the convenient option of collection from your local DPD ‘pick up shop’ if you won’t be home to receive your parcel and tracking to a window of 15 minutes. We recommend the DPD app to help manage delivery and track your order. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes please provide a street postal address for delivery.

EUROPE/WORLD
Please check with your local authority as to customs duties and/or local taxes that may apply to your purchase and payment of these are not included in your purchase and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We are currently working out our best international shipping options, please contact us before ordering with an address and we will contact you with a price.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

It is important to us that you are completely happy with your Poem Children purchase, please contact us with any concerns at hello@poemchildren.com. If you would like to proceed with an exchange or return details as follows:

-We can only return or exchange items purchased from the Poem Children online store.

-Please notify us by email hello@poemchildren.com of your plan to return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

-Your order must be returned in original, unused condition complete with packaging and order number within 12 days of receiving your order. We do not refund the cost to you of returning the item and we will not be able to refund items received broken due to insufficient care taken in packaging and postage.

-Exchanges are subject to product availability, if your desired item is out of stock we will order a remake on your behalf, please be aware this might take up to 14 days, we will notify you of further details if such an event occurs. We are happy to issue store credit if preferred. The cost of returning an exchange is the responsibility of the purchaser, however, Poem Children will cover postage costs for the replacement item.

-In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately at hello@poemchildren.com. Based on the details of the issue, we can issue either a full or partial refund, store credit or exchange.
